JR Carlon Corp was founded in 2017 with the mission to provide reliable excavation services across Oregon. JR Carlon Corp is a certified Emerging Small Business, which has enabled us to complete diverse excavation projects over the years. Joe Carlon, owner, grew up working for his family’s logging and construction business in Lake County, Oregon. His experiences have provided him knowledge to offer quality services and unique solutions. Today, Joe and his wife Christa own and operate JR Carlon Corp headquartered in Bend, Oregon.
